This Summer kids at Project are blessed to have teachers from xplora design School who will guide them develop their imaginative thinking through innovative activities.

Day 1:27th April 2011

Mask making for younger kids:

The kids imagined their favorite animal in jungle, acted like one and then beautifully poured their imagination on paper with crayons. Carefully, they cut out two oval eye shape and mouth shape. Finally they cut the outer shape and attached a string to wear their animal mask!

A very small exercise but it helped the shy kids to be themselves without barriers. For the kids who found studies boring this creative exercise made learning, interesting for them. For some kids this exercise was a tool to sow in them seeds of love for nature and animals.

Word Game ‘Infoplease’ for the elder lot:

The kids were given a particular word and asked to write down whatever information came to their mind while they thought of that word! The word for today’s exercise was ‘Lunchbox’!

Kids before leaving for their home, swept the ground for tomorrows Sports day special!
