An offering of love through Food

At the recently held start-up service retreat, in ahmedabad, lots of beautiful projects and thoughts were seeded and discussed as participants were buzzing with ideas on being the change! Entrepreneurship along with inner transformation was on everyone's heart and mind. Aabha and Parag from Pune, proposed health for life workshops to various communities and groups as they both are very passionate about food, health and nutrition and are trained experts on the same subjects as well. They decided to kickstart their invaluable offering at The Urban Ashram in Pune last weekend and we were delighted to see so many friends from the eco system in mumbai and pune show up to support their endeavour.

It was an intense 2 day workshop conducted by both of them giving us a thorough overview on health, nutrition, food and the role it plays in our lives. It was an eye opener for many of us as Parag patiently busted quite a few myths on food and nutrition that many of us carried. Aabha cooked non stop for all of us and fed us 6 delightfully creative, healthy and delicious meals throughout the weekend including dahi vada with non fried vada and apple crumble pie with no sugar or maida :) They offered us their valuable insights and love in true gift economy style and all of us were blown by the efforts they had taken to really bring this beautiful experience to all of us. They wish to take these workshops further to various community spaces, groups and bring people together through healthy eating and healthy living.

So inspiring and beautiful to see you all gathered and sharing knowledge, food, wisdom, health, and of course...love. My heart is with you always in all ways...blessings from the Hawaiian Islands across the sea!
