The Journey Within

As I sit to write today; words of knowledge, faith, trust, hope and wisdom come to me. From the many words that are shining in mind’s eye I’ll pick one- “Truth”
This word ignited the journey within, innumerable people made the reality of my living come alive and yet while writing this I feel empty like a container which is flowing to dimensions which are yet unturned.
The rationalist, researcher cum realist in me detest words which cannot be quantified and life’s experiences have shown me the importance of quality. Quality shine with full days and calm nights, effortful ventures and peaceful smiles. Experiential learning stands its own value, which is beyond all the material. Moved by love started this journey and the seeds of curiosity received water of values and sunshine from numerous people.
Soon started a flow in Indore, we called it Aatma work (meaning workshops for self). My rational mind keeps asking: where is the professional psychologist? Why are these workshops free? Where is all this going to lead you? An inner voice answers to that: walk small steps towards the unknown path, let the workshop be offered freely to the universe and set out for this journey within. The days have been magical and we have conducted 16 workshops up till this moment, new ideas float each day. I only Reflect. Breath. Act. Reflect.
In reflections are realities of grey, inner world has confusion and truth shines for a moment and hides inside. The walk is not straight and temptations are plenty, yet simply a voice shines - awakin yourself (Aatma prakash!) I smile, feel the pain deep inside and wake up to the sleeping self and start again; this time with emptiness.
Practical side asks again, why push limits? Why not focus for abroad or Phd or selfish alternate? Why not earn money and settle normally? Something inside laughs again says, “kaam karne layak tho hona chahiye”. Values of faith, trust, hope, love, humanity and joy surround and when I look deep inside, my truth is blinking eyes… awaiting until found.
So, a journey for life starts, purpose is a community of wellbeing: let the magical sunshine: rest shall not be undermine.
