For me this re-union was clearly more than just the 100 days of Po striking back to Po 2.0.


When one experiences joy and suffering, we all experience the same - in different degrees - by just observing. One friend's journey of resilience and the flow of wisdom becomes the other's journey of learning and holding space. We don't have to physically go through the other's journey to understand the message that it holds for all of us. I cannot even fathom the depth of Neerad's pain or the questions his near and dear one's held as each decision they were put with was critical towards his recovery. When time had become more magnified than ever before.

However, subtly, I did not have to be physically affected by Cancer, to understand a certain play of pain, to understand the loss of a loved one, to understand the day in and day outs of moments that are up and down like a heart beat. Observing this alone was enough for me to understand a lot more - based on my own capacity of understanding that is. I could have been here too. And may be I was - in a way we are all interconnected. When one brother or sister is being tested, so are we all. These moments are opportunities of service that come knocking our way. How we offer ourselves to those opportunities is in our own hands. And what a joy it was to see how the entire community held them in ways unimaginable. From skype calls, to medical assistance, to serendipity to even simply praying!

When a bunch of us started talking about the 100th day mark in Neerad's journey, we soon realised it was not his journey alone. It was the journey of all his family, friends, well wishers and an unfolding of nature's evolution. It was everyone's test of withstanding the moment of growth that came for us all. The scale could have tipped in any direction. It was a question for all of us - are we ready for all that is to come? I still hold this question. But may be from an increasingly growing space of equanimity!

It was super empowering to see the amount of resilience each one held in their own ways. To see Po smiling like a little child, overwhelmed with the love that his heart held when he saw us all; to see him in tune with each passing moment of wisdom that arises from within his being; to physically go through every moment of sensations and feel the 'death' and 'birth' of cells flowing inside his body; to look at the silent held tears in his mom, sister and wife's eyes; to see the humility that reflected in each of their beings, to see the courage and strength that was more of a natural alignment of their being; to see the entire community praying, holding them and themselves while they were being tested; to see the way magic worked in its own way to make everything possible; to witness togetherness and interconnection of this all! One can only bow down to this emergence!

There is a deep sense of gratitude that overflows in my heart when I think of all the journeys of so many other brothers, sisters and friends that have held and are still holding their ground with love, humility and resilience. It is such a beautiful reminder of our interconnection. I'm filled with more courage to know that everything has it's own way of evolving. I have learnt to be humble, to just accept it and let it do it's own dance. I've learnt to be in the flow. To see the play of interconnection and love - a field that we are all enveloped in; is pure Grace. It is a blessing to continue in this journey and joy of togetherness; to be in a world of such noble company! It is a privilege to realise that every single breath we take is a bonus gift from time and an opportunity to deepen & commit ourselves towards the higher good! 

All of this (and more) emerged, because one noble friend decided to physically take this journey for us all :) :)
