Bala Vikasa PDTC is extremely happy to announce two day training program on Development Communication, Facilitation and Managerial Skills for Field Efficiency for NGOs across India on 29-30 January, 2019 at Bala Vikasa PDTC, Warangal, Telangana.
Introduction
Effective Communication Skills are crucial for a facilitator. The facilitator needs to know the dynamics and processes involved in leading a task force towards action, establishing strategic direction, deriving performance objectives and defining specific needs of the focused community. The planned program aims to focus on Communication and facilitation skills enabling the participants to become professional facilitators.

Training Contents
About Facilitator: Dr.Magimai Pragasam, an International Trainer has over 2 and half decades of training experience in development sector which makes him a seasoned trainer with deep insights and impact. His activity oriented teaching and entertaining style makes him a favorite. His training programs are an enjoyable blend of Intensity, Interaction and engagement and relate to day to day problems and solutions. 
Dr. Pragasam completed his Communication Studies in UK and France besides his Studies in Journalism and Film Production in Indian Universities. He is a Certified ‘Master Practitioner of NLP’ from NFNLP, Florida, USA.  He holds a Doctorate in Anthropology, Master’s degree in Sociology and Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication.   
Training Cost: 
Participants are requested to pay Rs.3,500 towards Registration and course fee. This fee includes their food and accommodation.
