A Workshop was conducted by SPJIMR on 19th January, 2018 on Strategic Decision Making for Effective Fundraising by Usha Menon, Management Consultancy Singapore at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Campus, Bangalore. During the workshop she quoted Generally, NGOs use all the avenues for raising without strategically selecting a few suitable to them. The fundraising avenues used by the organisation should be selective and based on studying a matrix of growth & returns
