A Workshop was conducted by SPJIMR on 30th January, 2018 on Managing Change in Social Sector- Challenges & Solutions by Uma Arora , Chief Facilitator & CEO iDam Learning at the Delhi Campus of SPJIMR. The focus of the session was on understanding the nature of change at individual and organizational/systemic level. The most common challenge in implementing change is resistance to change..38 participants from different NGOs in Delhi participated in the event.
