Seva Cafe: Seva Cafe is an experiment in 'peer to peer' generosity. Driven by volunteers and operated by a modest staff, our meals are cooked and served with love, and offered to the guest as a genuine gift. To complete the full circle of giving and sustain this experiment, guests make contributions in the spirit of pay-it-forward to those who will come after them. In keeping this chain going, the generosity of both guests and volunteers helps to create a future that moves from transaction to trust, from self-oriented isolation to shared commitment, and from fear of scarcity to celebration of abundance.

Volunteer Coordinator
Ever since the few media spots ran the Seva Cafe short film on their channels, the interest of new people to be a part of such an idea has also incrementally increased. We need a volunteer to engage with these requests online and liaison with the on ground team (offline team) and make the connections and opportunities possible.

Details: Volunteers applying for this position must have attended at least one MBL retreat, served at least 2 MBL retreats and must have volunteered at Seva Café at least three times. This will require good communication skills. This responsibility will require 2-3 hours per week.
