It’s been 2 years since we have held Wednesday meditation in Ahmedabad.  And every week, consistently, we seen magical ripples weave out into the world.  Last week, we had our first guest speaker — Dorjee Tseten and Tenzin Dolkar.  Not only did they share some really heart wrenching experiences of the people in Tibet but were very humble to share a movie Leaving Fear Behind (by Dhondup Wangchen), which stated the present conditions in Tibet. Personally, it was a real eye opener for me.  The love and immense faith that they carry for His Holiness The Dalai Lama, was beyond any expression of words.   After a few hours of discussion, Q&A’s and heartfelt sharings, Tenzin shared the importance of Wednesdays in Tibet. This one knocked us all out.  Every week, Wednesday is celebrated as the ‘White Wednesday’ inside Tibet, by the Tibetan Youth in a very closed group gathering. They choose wednesdays because that is the ‘soul’ day of His Holiness. The ‘White’ stands for purity. And just like the Charity Focus Wednesdays all over the world, the group gathers in a circle of sharing positive and inspiring stories.   It was so beautiful to see the sychronicity.  So we just wanted to send immense gratitude to all of you (all over the world) for hosting, sitting in silence and sharing that space of universal love.  Wednesdays totally rock!
