On The Way Home

The magic continued even after the Moved By Love retreat that I attended in Ahmedabad. On my way home to Bangalore the aircraft took off and the food trolleys were brought out. I was hungry so I opted to have a sandwich and a drink, and they had a card machine, so I thought I'd use my debit card since I did not have any cash on me:). The card machine did not accept debit cards, so I returned the food and drink to the flight attendant. "Sir, you know what, just have it,I feel bad taking it back from you, don't worry about the payment!". - This is what the flight attendant told me, and she very gracefully handed me back the food. I was so grateful, and couldn't stop smiling.
I experienced such lovely kindness and generosity, and I also struck up conversation with them, and we talked about things ranging from first-aid to Ishwar Kaka. :) It was just brilliant! I had one SMILE card left in my wallet and I gave it to one of them before they served me the food, because they were serving with such love and kindness.
I sat back down after conversing with the flight attendants, and I was inspired to start talking to the guy who was sitting next to me. I began with the general question, " Do you live in Bangalore?" and he answered "Yes". I asked him " what do you do in Bangalore". He said " I am a software engineer", and then he asked me " what do you do" , I said " I am studying at Christ Uni, doing my MSC in Psych". He gave me this interesting look and said " oh my girlfriend also studies Psych at Christ and then it turned out that his girlfriend was my classmate:):) I was blown away! Literally! We connected so well, that we finally took the same bus and the same Auto home:)

At the airport there was this guy at the conveyor belt, waiting for his luggage and he saw the little broom pinned on my Kurta and asked me about it. I shared Ishwar Kaka's story, and also about Seva Cafe and then he shared that with his travel companion:) He was a garments dealer in Chikkpet, Bangalore:)
And, then in the Auto back home, we spoke with the Auto Driver about Uday Bhai the gift economy Rickshaw driver :).
I am just amazed, at what happened and how things just naturally blossomed.
