A naturopath, an allrounder volunteer and mother of various small projects, Jignasha Pandya together with a small group of friends got motivated over some chai discussions and started a unique project. They work on empty plots in urban housing societies with the help of residents and turn them into edible gardens. They grow vegetables, fruits and herbs. The process of growing is organic and natural.
They are open to help anyone who wants to experiment with growing food in the city (Vadodara, Gujarat, India). If you do not have space to grow but want to experience the soil and romance the greens you can come and work with them. And, in case you have space and want to get started they are open to help in whatever ways they can. If your society has a common plot where you want to grow your food you know whom to get in touch with.
