A Nimo fan-mail :) that the MBL site received today ...
And some more news for another rockstarrrr volunteer -- who is now going to direct the millennial superstar Ranveer Singh! As Ranveer tweeted to his 12 million followers online, "Where in the world did this kid come from?" And some more quotes from the papers ...
We anyways had to deal with people lining up for autographs at our retreat, but now ... :)
Grateful to be connected!
My name is Nirali Thakkar, and I am a student at SLU and attended the Jai Jagat show this past weekend. I was deeply touched by the show; often times, we think of the future as the darkest of times, but fail to think about what would happen if the seeds of love that several individuals have planted blossomed. What would happen if we gave those seeds the same love they have given us?
When my family and I were driving back from the show, mom still in tears, I mentioned how humble this Nimobhai was on stage. I truly admired the entire team, but was particularly drawn to the simplicity, love and and again, humility that everyone had. I especially loved witnessing the bond you had with your sister, as I also have a brother whom I am so grateful to have in my life.
In this past year, I was considering and planning to volunteer when I visit India this December. But that seems too far away now. I want to give back starting this summer itself! I live near Chicago, and was wondering if there were any opportunities to join this movement locally. I would love to hear back from you and get involved! Thank you for everything that you do.

Ranveer calls it a "miracle script". And adds, "All that I have achieved as an actor today is due to these titanic cinematic forces having put their faith in me. I'm glad that today I find myself in a position where I can recognise exceptional talent and wholeheartedly back the vision of a brilliant new writer-director like Divyang."
Yash Raj film producer, Maneesh Sharma, has even got Divyang's pay-forward messaging: "What makes this a truly thrilling venture is that I see this as Ranveer and I 'paying it forward'. Almost a decade ago, we started our journey together when YRF placed their faith in us newcomers and today we collaborate with another new talent to offer the audiences a content driven mass entertainer.
