The study we conducted using Smile Cards and 21-day kindness challenge finally got published in the Journal of the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology. Aarushi (one of the co-authors of the paper) is now finishing her Masters at SOIL, Gurgaon -- where the highlight of her admission interview was this research, and the interviewer asking her, "Oh, you know ServiceSpace?" :)
