I Have Two Kids Antara (7+) ...

I have two kids antara (7+) and siddharth (2+) and we have been feeding a few (what people call stray) dogs Lakshman and Moti for a year. Lakshman kept whining and bumping his head against my hand, as we were talking with some people standing near the gate. Siddharth immediately said..lakshman hungry...and ran to the fridge to get bread. he broke the bread into pieces and put it in a bowl for Lakshman...but Lakshman smelt it but does not eat. He keeps whining and bumping his head against my hand. Then Siddharth says...Amma... Lakshman wants love, not food. I was startled...at his insight and how he said it. the next 15 minutes was spent in belly up rubs for the dogs and the babies, nonsense cooing and bonding with Lakshman and my kids.
