Recently We Had A Company Sponsored ...

Recently we had a company sponsored training session for a day, we were aroudn 25 participatns , the faculty said that for every cell phone ringing during session their will be penalty of Rs.10 and also for late comer thier will be penalty of Rs.10 per minute,whcich all readily agreed than question come what should we do wtih the fund at the end of the day, I remembered & shared the story of a day during my part time MBA college when one of the classmate gave Rs.10 in an envelope to all the students ( we were about 50 ) and asked us to spend this amount in act of kindness (i.e. not to just give away,but use it doing something kind), it was really so thought provoking for all of us, since most who used to spend hunderds in day were wondering how to spend this 10bucks, almost all of us took 3-4 days spending this Rs. 10 with various ideas that was the day and till today I have been able to connect to many of such acts and feel satisifed after volunteering for any job . I used this instance and repeated the same story at the end of the training on that day (we had collected some Rs.250.) thinking it will create atleast one compassionate guy.....taking the torch forward..:-)
