Big hug to begin with. I have been meaning to send an update for a while, but I also had a long chat with Swara today morning that inspired me to jot all of this down and keep you all in the loop.
Post Gandhi 3.0 retreat, bunch of us locals had an amazing circle at Ketanbhai's office and many ideas have been emerging. We also want to continue to till this soil further and broaden the circle to include others in the local community too.
One day retreat on April 1st: Sheetal seeded the idea of a local 1-day retreat, since we such a strong community out here already. Drishti and Rahul bhai have been working hard for it, and Sheetal and Khush have kindly agreed to host and ladder Rahul Bhai, myself, Rupali (Bhabhi) and a few more folks, so we can continue hosting it on our own in the future.
Failure Club: there is a big demand for monthly failure club circles in Mumbai and Pune. Vinit is keen to anchor it in Pune, while Bharti Dekate (who came to the first Failure Club circle) is keen to help with the Mumbai circles.
Seva Cafe: There is a possibility to host Seva cafe at Bombay to Barcelona Library cafe .. we need to explore this further since a lot of people are excited about it.
Education Circles: Lot of people are very keen to cultivate compassion quotient in schools, especially after the many circles that Nipun-bhai held with educators. However, they aren't fully sure how to go about it, so a little nudge and a support system would make a big difference. Swara is leading the charge on this, Bhumika's diaries are making it to principals, Jignasha's writeups are helpful. And now we are hoping to do a deeper dive circle that focuses on implementation of these ideas -- maybe even a one day retreat of sorts. More on this, as it develops.
All in all, it's so inspiring to stay connected to the ongoing ripples, month after month. Thank you, all!
