In Preparation For A Talk In ...

In preparation for a talk in front of an audience of Business School students next week, I decided to re-visit my micro-economics text book. First page, Chapter 1: The laws of economics are based on three assumptions: Scarcity, Consumption and Transaction. That resources are scarce, man is consumption oriented and there is necessarily a transaction between buyer and seller. I read it all those years ago without even batting an eyelid. But as I revisited my book, I think back to all the experiments in Generosity we have tried. The basic rule for our spaces has been to serve from Abundance (not refusing anyone), that humans want to Contribute and there is Trust between people. No wonder the laws of economics don’t seem to be valid 
